Shipping and Returns
COVID-19 Update
We are happy to inform you that we are fully operating. We are handling your packages with care and taking the proper sanitary precautions. Thank you all for your support during this time.
Shipping
- We normally process all orders within 1-4 business days. We only offer standard shipping at the moment, which typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information via email or text.
- Our current shipping carriers are USPS ( United States postal service ) and UPS.
- International shipping can take longer and delays may occur during transit. Please keep track of your orders with tracking number provided. We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, France and Spain.
Lost or undelivered packages?
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if you provided incomplete or wrong shipping information. Customers will be responsible for a redelivery fee.
- If tracking system indicates your package was not delivered to you or lost due to an error from the shipping company we will redeliver at no additional cost.
- If tracking system says order was delivered and you did NOT receive your package. Notify us within 14 days of original delivery date. We will replace lost items, however customer is responsible for redelivery shipping fees.
Returns
- We are confident that you will love our products just as much as we do! We do NOT offer refunds and exchanges nor accept returns for sanitary purposes; as we will not be able to resell that item. (All sales are final.)
- If you receive a damaged item we will gladly replace it. To be eligible for an item replacement you must notify us within 14 days of the order’s arrival and provide us with a picture or video for proof of damage.
- Notify us before your package gets shipped and you will get full refund.
- Once item gets shipped we cannot cancel your order.
