This brush has a combination of hard nylon bristles and soft natural boar bristles that help easily detangle without any breakage while creating the perfect ringlets at the same time! The soft bristles also help smooth the hair cuticle down leaving you with soft shiny curls. ( this brush is also great for straight or wavy hair) 

How To Use For Best Results:

  • When detangling, gently start at the ends working your way up.
  • For definition: after applying your products. Section your hair and start brushing down from underneath each section from the roots and slightly begin to flip the brush and curl the ends to form spirals.
  • You don’t need to scrunch. Let air dry or diffuse.

Brush Care:

  • After each use, be sure to remove hair and rinse off any product residue with cool water. 
  • If the bristles become flat you can use another brush to brush the bristles up back in place or simply smooth them back up with your fingers.

Shipping 

  • We normally process all orders within 1-4 business days. We only offer standard shipping at the moment, which typically takes 3-5 business days. 
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information via email or text. 
  • Our current shipping carriers are USPS ( United States postal service ) and UPS. 
  • International shipping can take longer and delays may occur during transit. Please keep track of your orders with tracking number provided. We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, France and Spain. 

Lost or undelivered packages? 

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if you provided incomplete or wrong shipping information. Customers will be responsible for a redelivery fee. 
  • If tracking system indicates your package was not delivered to you or lost due to an error from the shipping company we will redeliver at no additional cost.
  • If tracking system says order was delivered and you did NOT receive your package. Notify us within 14 days of original delivery date. We will replace lost items, however customer is responsible for redelivery shipping fees.

Returns

  • We are confident that you will love our products just as much as we do! We do NOT offer refunds and exchanges nor accept returns for sanitary purposes; as we will not be able to resell that item. (All sales are final.)
  • If you receive a damaged item we will gladly replace it. To be eligible for an item replacement you must notify us within 14 days of the order’s arrival and provide us with a picture or video for proof of damage. 
Wish to cancel an order? 
  • Notify us before your package gets shipped and you will get full refund.
